What types of leadership roles does Premier Search recruit for?

Premier Search recruits for C-suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CMO), Vice Presidents, Regional Directors of Operations, Executive Directors, Nursing Home Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and clinical executive roles across hospitals, health systems, and the full healthcare continuum.

How quickly can Premier Search produce qualified candidates?

Most searches begin producing qualified candidate conversations within 3 to 7 days, including experienced leaders not actively applying online.

Does Premier Search conduct confidential executive searches?

Yes. Premier Search conducts fully confidential searches for sensitive leadership transitions, restructuring, succession planning, and planned replacements. Discretion is part of the process from day one.

What makes Premier Search different from other healthcare executive recruiters?

Premier Search was founded by Bernie Reifkind over 25 years ago and is built on long-standing industry relationships and direct outreach to passive candidates — experienced leaders who are not actively applying but are open to the right opportunity. This gives clients access to talent that traditional recruiting channels cannot reach.
